Preschool Gymnastics
The Preschool Gymnastics program teaches ‘the entire child’. Through gymnastics, children develop their large and fine motor skills, as well as learn the social skills of cooperation, patience, and interactive learning. In many cases, this is a child’s first experience at having a “teacher” other than a parent.
Recreational Gymnastics
The ABK recreational program teaches all levels and styles of acrobatics for boys and girls of all ages. Our energetic staff educated with the latest techniques, combined with state-of-the-art training equipment, makes ABK the ultimate place for your child’s gymnastics training.
Competitive Teams
Our competitive boy’s and girl’s team programs have become the leaders of competitive gymnastics in Southern Oregon.
